This Fees and Refund Policy applies to all accounting, tax, advisory, and related services provided by AJH Financial Accountant Limited ("AJH Accountants", "we", "us", or "our") to our clients ("you" or "your").
1.1 Sole Discretion: The fees charged for any and all services provided by us are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of AJH Financial Accountant Limited.
1.2 Quotations and Adjustments: While we endeavor to provide accurate upfront quotations, we reserve the right to adjust our fees if the scope of work, complexity, or condition of records differs from what was initially disclosed. Any final decision rests entirely with AJH Accountants.
1.3 Billing: Fees may be charged on a fixed-fee basis, monthly retainer, or as otherwise agreed. All invoices are payable upon receipt unless alternative terms have been explicitly agreed in writing.
Accounting and tax services involve the provision of professional time and expertise. Because this time cannot be recovered once spent, our stance on refunds is strictly limited.
All refund requests are subject to the sole and absolute decision of AJH Financial Accountant Limited.
We do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds. If you request a refund, we will review your case individually. A refund will only be issued if AJH Accountants, in its sole judgment, finds it acceptable and justified.
If you believe a fee has been applied incorrectly, or you wish to request a refund, you must submit your request in writing.

You must include a detailed explanation. Management will review your request and communicate our final, binding decision. The outcome is entirely at our discretion.
If you decide to cancel your engagement, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of cancellation. We reserve the right to withhold any prepared documentation, working papers, or filings until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
